A little about me

Hi, I'm Caroline!

I have always been drawn to a holistic, root cause approach to health and healing.

I was introduced to Fascial Counterstrain by a colleague who became my physical therapist at the end of my pregnancy with my first child. When I felt better at 9 months pregnant than I did on a normal day, I knew this was a technique that I had to learn!

Since then, I have been building my Counterstrain skills and knowledge while raising a young family. I find immense joy in helping others reduce their pain and increase their functioning through such a gentle, effective technique.
